What’s the best way to have a lack of compensation and incentive conversation in your department? They are quick to respond to any questions. They watched the market and understood when to "move" on the closing of my refinance. The options I had were well laid out and I understood everything that we did. There were no surprises, no hidden costs, and no delays. Residential Home Funding is a great company to work for. I have been employed by RHF for over 6 years, the staff is loyal and dedicated to getting the job done. The owners are very hands on and involved with the daily operation.
I left RHF for an opportunity elsewhere but I have not a bad thing to say about RHF. A lot of the reviews below talk about "the company being negative." That is the biggest pro i have actually learned from the leadership there. As a loan originator, you are your own business, RHF is just your partner. I can truly say that when I understood that I worked for my self and my boss was my partner, my eyes opened and I made my first six figures.
Thank you for all our help we are happy homeowners. What I can say for the cons is, there is no perfect mortgage company, because we are living in an imperfect world. The Mortgage business is stressful and fast paced. If that is not for you than the Mortgage Industry is not for you.
